These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the servredi platform and services operated by servredi Field Service Management, Inc.
By accessing or using the servredi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
servredi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer your rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, servredi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
